Private-sector clients wanted a clear view of their commercial position and where their next work would come from. We reviewed their commercial landscape, including markets, buyers, competitors and contracts, and helped them build a future pipeline of opportunities to pursue.
Gas, fire, electrical, water hygiene, asbestos and lift contracts had weak records and inconsistent governance. We reviewed the contracts and evidence, prioritised remediation, held suppliers to compliance, centralised records and trained staff. The council now has a clearer, auditable contract management system.
The charity had no consistent procurement and contract management framework. We wrote the policy, procedures, approval routes and standard tender and contract documents, ran competitions and trained staff. The templates stayed in use after handover.
An underperforming system was failing its users. We rebuilt the requirements with user groups, managed the incumbent's exit, ran an open tender and supported the new supplier's onboarding, keeping the service running throughout.
The programme needed clearer commercial visibility. We tracked spend and supplier performance, tightened change control, gave commercial assurance to the programme board and produced an options appraisal for legacy data and decommissioning.
