What we bring

How we protect the relationship

  • We work under your brand and on your paper where you ask us to.
  • We will not approach your clients or your staff.
  • Roles, client ownership, communication routes and confidentiality are agreed in writing before any client contact.
  • Terms are milestone-based and pay-when-paid, and either side can lead as prime.
  • We never act for a buyer and a supplier on the same competition.
  • Where we are not the right fit, we say so.

Recruitment agencies

ACS provides interim and fractional commercial leads through agencies, contracting as a limited company. Our leads usually work outside IR35, and we consider inside-IR35 roles case by case. They take interim, not permanent, roles.

Send the role, client sector, day-rate range, start date and IR35 determination. We aim to reply within two working days with availability and an anonymised lead profile. Where it helps your client, we can also scope the role as a defined piece of work with agreed outputs.
